MEXICO MISSION TRIP 2008

When: Friday, July 18th through Wednesday, July 23rd, 2008.

Where: Guaymas, Mexico

What: We’re taking a small team of 31 people (24 students and 7 adults) to Guaymas, Mexico to assist with a local church. We will be doing some light construction work as well as leading a VBS (helping with music, crafts and sharing testimonies) for children and youth of the surrounding area.

Cost: $470 (balance due by July 6th) Plus cash for eating four fast food meals and misc. shopping.

• Where will we be sleeping/eating?
            o At a church sanctuary/gym

• How are we getting to Guaymas?
            o Vans (all drivers over 21)

• What staff/parents are going?
            o Nate Dunkin (our contact with Partners in Christ) will be leading the trip

• Do we need a passport to get into Mexico?
            o Yes

• What immunization shots do I need to be safe in Mexico?
            o Generally, Hepatitis A & B and Tetanus. For more individualized info, contact

                Passport Health @ (888) 499-7277.
            o The cost of the trip also includes Medical insurance while in Mexico.
